15-Day Return / Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused
- The product is unwashed
- The product is not worn or tried on
- The product is in original packaging with tags intact
📌 For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or washed innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
When Exchange Is Allowed
Exchange is available in the following cases:
- Size issue
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
💡 Size exchange is allowed only once per order.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is defective
- The product is out of stock, and exchange is not possible

- Bank transfer (within 7–10 working days)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Shipping Cost for Return / Exchange
- If the issue is our mistake → We bear the shipping cost
- If the issue is size change or customer preference, → Shipping cost will be paid by the customer
